Born in 1966 in Edmonton, Alberta, Kendra Wallace lives and works in Montréal, Québec and in Limousin, France. She studied at NSCAD, Halifax NS (BFA) and UQAM, Montréal QC (MFA).

Wallace’s work explores perception, often in the context of landscape. Her focus is on the fluctuating and transitory nature of the visual and the contradictory relationship of permanence and impermanence.  Her works have been presented most recently at exhibitions in Montréal at Galerie Simon Blais, in Germany at the Gallery of HBKSaar, Saarbrücken and in France at Galerie des Marches, Aubusson.
